[...] I’m unsure if TDG is where they want to be yet - I suspect they are early in the path they’ve chosen. Regardless, like any self-respecting Bay Area restaurant, they take their produce sourcing seriously. Here’s a video with their main forager. [...]

cool. it'd be great to see more people reclaim public space and plant fruit & veges. like those adopt a highway projects, you could adopt a traffic island and plant something to eat and stop and water it etc ;)

in parts of NZ they have a 50mile diet where people only eat food grown within 50miles of where they live. so it's back to the seasonal food from when we were young instead of food available all round the year.

it's good that natural food is becoming trendy, it's probably the only way more resturants will go this way!

great work

Yet again, a great idea. Thanks for bringing it to light! Speaking of light, beware bright windows :S

When you're going for static shots, try putting your camera's automatic exposure and white balance settings into manual mode.

This is interestingly cool, And I get it from reading the post & supplement. Thanks for letting me know about this. But I want to be able to watch a video and get it by way of just video. I was lost until about half way through the video when I paused and went back to read the post.

keep up the great work
